Drying a radiant wood floor damaged by water. Water ran under a hardwood floor into the radiant heat system. The goal was to save the expensive radiant heat system and not have to remove and replace the system. The wet damaged hardwood floor and padding were removed to access the radiant heat grooves. A tenting system was set up to dry out the damaged floor. Hot dry air was forced into the grooves in the floor to dry the wet wood subfloors.

A time lapse of me installing Duro Design cork flooring in my bathroom. Includes the inspection by my two year old son at the end. Real time installation was about 4 hours including waiting for the adhesive to dry, plus four coats of urethane over two days. Granted, I put it in after working a night shift, so it may have taken less time for a well rested person. The floor I put down is Duro Design “Coffee” coloured cork in the “Marmol” pattern.
